Pikliz Slaw

Ungodly spicy Haitian coleslaw
INGREDIENTS
  • 1/4 head red cabbage
  • 4-5 carrots
  • 1-2 white or yellow onion
  • 4-6 habañero peppers
  • 0.5 dl 12% ättika (white vinegar)
  • 1.5 dl water
  • 0.5 dl apple cider vinegar
  • 2 limes
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
METHOD

Julienne all the vegetables.

Combine all ingredients, stir.

Refrigerate for at least 8 hours, but 24 hours is better.

Eat with a side of something you don't want to taste. Breathe fire.
