Hibiscus Soda Syrup

Sweet pink sparkle sugar
  • 450 ml water
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 0.75 tsp citric acid
  • 0.5 dl hibiscus leaves

Add all ingredients to small sauce pan.

Bring to boil, and immediately remove from heat.

Transfer to bottle and cool.

To serve, add several tablespoons to a glass and top with sparkling water.
