Ingredients: 450 ml water; 2 tbsp lime juice; 4 tbsp sugar; 0.75 tsp citric acid; 0.5 dl hibiscus leaves

Hibiscus Soda Syrup

Sweet pink sparkle sugar

450 ml water
2 tbsp lime juice
4 tbsp sugar
0.75 tsp citric acid
0.5 dl hibiscus leaves

Add all ingredients to small sauce pan.

Bring to boil, and immediately remove from heat.

Transfer to bottle and cool.

To serve, add several tablespoons to a glass and top with sparkling water.
