Gazpacho

Typical espanish energy drink
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 kg tomato
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 red chili
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 onions
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 500 ml chicken broth
  • 100 g bread
  • 1 dl balsamic vinegar
  • 0.5 dl olive oil
METHOD

Heat broth (if needed).

Soak bread in broth for 5 minutes.

Cut vegetables into big chunks and toss all into a huge bowl.

Blend vegetables, broth, and bread with a blender. Stick blender works fine.

Add olive oil, balsamico, salt, and pepper until good.

Chill for a few hours. Overnight is better.

Serve.
