Falafelwaffle

Waffles for 3 in the morning
INGREDIENTS
  • 200 g (1 box) falafel mix
  • 3 dl warm water
  • 1.5 dl milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2.5 dl flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2 dl tzaziki
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 red onion
  • 150 g feta
  • 6 fefferoni
METHOD

Combine falafel mix and warm water in a bowl, cover, and let sit for 15 minutes (or according to box).

Finely chop tomato, cucumber, red onion, and feta.

Mix tomato, cucumber, and red onion in a small bowl.

Beat milk and eggs together in a separate bowl.

Combine falafel mixture, egg mixture, flour, baking powder, and salt in medium bowl, whisking just enough to combine.

Ladel into waffle iron. Keep finished waffles warm in oven at 75°C while others are preparing.

Serve, topping each waffle with tzaziki, tomato/cucumber/onion salad, feta, and a fefferoni.
