Cranberry Relish

Tart sugar paste
  • 250 g cranberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 orange
  • 0.4 dl sugar

Remove half of the orange peel.

Roughly cut orange, including remaining half peel, into chunks.

Combine cranberries, orange (with remaining peel), and sugar in a bowl and stick blend.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but longer is better.
