Asian-ish Pork Loin

Pork Loin
INGREDIENTS
Roast:
  • 550 g pork loin
  • 5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic flakes
  • 1 tbsp red chili flakes
Gravy:
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 50 ml pork drippings
  • 200 ml beef stock
METHOD

Roast:

Put everything in a bag in the fridge for an hour.

Preheat oven to 200C.

Put roast and marinade in oven dish.

Roast until 57C internal temperature.

Gravy:

Melt butter in frying pan.

Add flour, stir for 30 seconds.

Add drippings, stir for 30 seconds.

Add stock until gravy consistency.
